The Loft Conversion has a large double room and en-suite with French Doors overlooking the garden and affording an amazing view. This loft conversion comes with built in eaves storage underneath the 3 Velux windows that are at the front of loft conversion. All the doors are fire rated FD30 and the smoke alarms have been installed on all the floors. All of our projects are certified by the local authority building control.
