Kitchen extension consisted of opening structural part of rear of the house to connect the new part of the extension. This includes movement of the drain, new services like electrics, gas and water. The choice of flat roof was of felt due to its durability of 20 years with external copping stones on boundary. Kitchen was designed by Howdens and supplied by Howdens.

As part of the project we have firstly stripped the whole house to its bone and started fresh. The roof has come off and loft conversion created to add additional floor to the property.
