Description:
Lccl Construction well established design and build company who are looking for a Good, Reliable, and professional Carpenter/ multi trader to join our team.
Most of our work is loft conversions, home extensions and renovations. You need to be able to carry out all carpentry first fix/second fix/ third fix (joists, kitchen, wood floor etc) as well as having knowledge of other trades such as partitioning, electric, plumbing and roofing.
Role requirements:
A minimum of 10 years of experience in the kitchen fittings, floor joists, rafters and roof framing, loft conversion framing, stair installations, wooden floors, door fittings, stud walls, tilling basic knowledge on plumbing and electric
Previous experience in a similar role with references
Own tools
Willing to go to work and work to complete
Potential for long-term contract work.
Speak good English
NVQ level 2 or 3
OWN PPE
Able to travel London and Hertfordshire areas
